In Blackstock, we recently completed a chimney removal and capping project for a homeowner dealing with ongoing leaks. The chimney had deteriorated to the point where it needed to be rebuilt or taken down for safety as the family had noticed falling bricks on the lawn.
Our team carefully dismantled the chimney down to the roofline, taking care to protect the surrounding shingles. Once removed, all debris was cleaned up and hauled away.
To finish the job, we installed a solid stone cap with a good drip edge to completely close off the old chimney opening. This prevents any future water intrusion and provides a clean, durable finish from elements and aminals.
